What website platform do you use?

A Pink Sunset specializes in WordPress and utilizes the Divi theme, which is included in all website packages. Divi is an easy-to-use, drag and drop builder that allows for clients to make simple edits and updates as needed. All Divi website designs include a custom PDF document to guide you through making simple changes. However, A Pink Sunset can work with a variety of website platforms and themes. Please inquire if you are interested in a website with on an alternative platform.

Is support included?
All website design packages come with a custom PDF document to guide you through making simple changes to your website. You will also have access to exclusive Divi video tutorials that covers the basics you may need to know. A Pink Sunset will provide support for 30 days after the initial launch (not to be used to make large design changes); monthly maintenance packages are also available.
Do you provide photos or copy?

A Pink Sunset can provide stock photos for an additional charge, but does not provide custom photography of your products or services. However, we have worked with several fantastic photographers nationwide and can recommend photographers to you. Copy can be provided at an additional hourly fee.

What do I do with a brand guide?
A brand guide is one of the most important documents you will use in your business! A Pink Sunset creates custom brand guides which contain your logo variations, your brand fonts and colors, as well as an inspiration board. A brand guide is a PDF that can be (and should be!) referenced when designing any items for your brand, including website design, marketing materials, products and social media graphics.
Why do I need alternative logos?
While you have a primary logo, sometimes that logo may not be fitting in every scenario. Your logo might large florals, but you may need something more simple for your watermark. Or maybe your logo is horizontal, but you need a square file for your profile picture. A Pink Sunset eliminates these worries for you by providing three additional alternative logos, giving you options for a variety of needs.
What file types are the logos delivered in?
All logos are delivered in .png, .jpg, and .pdf vector. Black and white versions are also provided for applicable logos (i.e. primary logo design without accents, circular design without accents, etc.). If you need your logo in a format not mentioned, please reach out to discuss.
Will my design be one of a kind?
Of course! You are paying for a custom design, so you will receive a custom design! All brand guides & logos/websites are carefully designed to meet your individual needs and business goals. A Pink Sunset makes sure every design is unique and one of a kind.
Do I own my website & logos once complete?
Of course! Your website is stored on YOUR account and YOUR website. After launch, A Pink Sunset won’t touch your website unless specifically requested by you. (A Pink Sunset offers support for 30 days after the initial launch, as well as monthly maintenance packages that are available at an additional cost.) All final logo files are given to you, which are then yours.
Are payment options available?

Yes! For any invoices over $150 we offer several payment options available. If applicable, payment plans will be discussed prior to any payments made. If you have any questions about payment plans, please feel free reach out.
